Bank of Khartoum’s بنكك (BANKAK) is a smart app (previously known as mBOK) designed for its customers to access their bank accounts or mobile accounts with ease and safety.

Any BOK Account Holder can now enjoy complete banking services by just downloading the بنكك new APP.

Download the  بنكك App an click on “New User” option on the login screen.

To Register using Bank A/C – CIF: Call 1913 and for verification and activating your  بنكك . You will receive an SMS instantly with your temporary Password to login the app.
Once login please change the temporary password, set your own password and enjoy  بنكك !

How to Use” بنكك│ Pay at retail outlets:

  • Login to your بنكك mobile app with Account Number or Mobile Number.
  • Select بنكك Pay button.
  • Scan the QR Code of the Merchant, you can also enter their A/C or CIF.
  • Check confirmation screen showing details of the Merchant.
  • Enter the Amount.
  • Click Confirm to complete the transaction.
  • Both customer and Merchant will receive instant confirmation SMS of the successful payment made.

There are 2 methods of payment: Pay Directly Pay directly is a onetime payment method which doesn’t saves any information of the payment for future use.

  • Click on “Bill Payments” button
  • Click on “Direct” button
  • Select the biller
  • Select sub biller
  • Enter mobile number, meter number, customer ID, student ID or Certificate number
  • Select Account from which you want to do payment
  • Enter amount
  • Click “Confirm” button

Add Biller This feature can help you add and save your payment company information for future regular payments. This way you do not have to remember or enter your mobile, meter or account number every time you want to pay.

  • Click on “Manage Beneficiary” button
  • Click “Billers” button
  • Select Biller
  • Select Sub Biller
  • Enter mobile number, meter number, customer ID, student ID or Certificate number
  • Click “Submit” button
  • Type a nickname
  • Click “Add” button
  • “Select Biller” from Billers list
  • Select Account from which you want to do payment
  • Enter the amount
  • Click the “Confirm” button

Transfer funds instantly to your or any other BOK bank account, to other Bank Account (by card), to cash card or even any BOK mobile money or other mobile money account.

 

Transfer between your own accounts

  • Click “Funds Transfer”
  • Click “Own Account”
  • Click transfer button of the account you want to transfer from
  • Select to Account from the list
  • Enter the amount to transfer
  • Click “Confirm”

 

Transfer from my account to any other Bank of Khartoum account

  • Click “Funds Transfer”
  • Click “Other BOK Account”
  • Click “Direct”
  • Enter CIF or full account number or also scan QR code of the beneficiary to fetch details
  • Click “Submit”
  • Select the “From Account”
  • Enter mobile number
  • Enter amount
  • Click “Confirm”

You can also save the details of the beneficiary for future transfers by using the Add Beneficiary option on the transaction completion screen.

 

Transfer to Other Bank Account (By Card)

  1. Click “Funds Transfer”
  2. Click “Other Bank Account (By Card)”
  3. Select “From Account”
  4. Select Bank Name from the dropdown menu
  5. Enter Mobile number
  6. Enter the full 16-digits of the Other Bank Account (Card #) or for Cash Card 19-digits
  7. Confirm and re-enter
  8. Enter Amount (Min SDG 10, Max SDG 100,000 Per Day) *Service charges apply
  9. Enter Comment (Optional)
  10. Press “Confirm” to complete the Transfer
  11. Once successful, will be prompted with your Trx Id and also SMS and email will be sent to your registered mobile number, email & to the beneficiary mobile number.
  12. Service charges = SDG 1.5 (including National Switch Fee)

Now BOK introduces a new service Cardless Cash Withdrawals.

 

You can use this feature from your بنكك (mobile banking) and withdraw the money yourself or use this service to send money to anyone who can visit BOK ATM or BOK Wakeel shops to receive cash.

 

All you need to do is generate a One Time Password (OTP) from your بنكك and get an OTP (a secret code) which can be used at any of 325+ BOK ATM/CDM to collect cash without using an ATM Card.

 

In addition you can use this OTP at any of BOK Wakeel agent 4,000+ as well.

 

You can withdraw or send up to max SDG 1,000 per transaction for BOK ATM absolutely free.

 

For BOK Wakeel, you can send up to max SDG 50,000 per transaction

Cardless Withdrawal:

بنكك app steps: -

  1. Open بنكك app and use your Bank of Khartoum account CIF ( xxxxxxx )
  2. Click “Cardless Withdrawal” Button
  3. Click “Direct” button
  4. Select the Account from which transfer is to be done
  5. Enter mobile number to get OTP as SMS in that mobile number
  6. Enter name of beneficiary
  7. Enter amount
  8. Click “Confirm” button
  9. OTP will be received as pop – up message and SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number

Enter OTP in the ATM or give OTP to Wakeel agent and withdraw the amount

ATM card less withdrawal steps :-

  1. Press  any of the screen button.
  2. Select the language.
  3. Select card less withdrawal OTP
  4. Enter mobile number ( As provided on بنكك-BOK mobile banking )

Example :  249xxxxxxxxx

  1. Enter OTP ( One Time Password )

(Enter complete 6-digit one time password e.g. 123456 )

  1. Confirm Mobile number , OTP and amount then press OK .
  2. Then collect your cash.
  3. Then collect your receipt.

Now all بنكك Mobile Banking customers can apply and subscribe for their Fixed Term Deposit Accounts within 1 minutes using بنكك Mobile Banking.

  • Click “Apply for Fixed Deposit” button
  • Review all Terms and Conditions of apply for the Fixed Deposit Account.
  • select ”I agree to the Terms and condition”
  • Click “Agree” button
  • Select from Account you want to deduct from
  • Select TD Period (1Month, 3Months, 6Months or 12Months)
  • Enter the amount
  • Select Auto Renewal (Yes or No)
  • If “Yes”, you can select to add profit to the new Created FD account; else the profit will be added to the TD source account.
  • Click “Confirm” button

 

  • Click on “Standing Order” button
  • Review all Terms and Conditions of Standing Order
  • Select” I agree to the Terms and condition”
  • Click “Agree” button
  • Enter CIF/ 16 digits AC number
  • Select the Account you want to transfer to
  • Confirm the account information

This app has an option of English and Arabic language and you can change the current password of the بنكك app login also you can turn on or off notifications of SMS and E-mail for the transactions made.

“Change Password”

  • Click “Settings” button
  • Click “Change Password” button
  • Enter current password
  • Enter new password
  • Reenter new password
  • Click “Change” button

Note: Your password must have: 8 or more characters, upper and lower letters, at least one number and one special character.

  “Change language”

  • Click “Settings” button
  • From the popup message select “Change”
  • The app will sign you out in order to re-login again.

  Notification

  • Click “Settings” button
  • Click “Notification” button
  • Turn on/off SMS notification
  • Turn on/off Email notification.

Your QR

  • Click “Settings” button
  • Click “Your QR”
  • Select your bank account to generate/disable your QR code.

To update Email Address

  • Login to بنككapp using your CIF and password
  • Select “Settings” option
  • Select “Notification” option
  • Click on Email option to update email ID
  • Verification code will send to the updated email address
  • Enter Verification code
  • Click on “Submit”
  • Turn on email notification to monitor your بنكك account transaction.

Manage Security Questions

  • Click “Settings” button
  • Click “Manage Security Questions”
  • Select Question
  • Enter your answer.

Note: By Manage Security questions customer will be able to reset & access his/her بنكك Account in case of forgetting the password without the need to call the call center.

  • Click “Settings” button.
  • Click “Default Account”
  • Select the account that will be used for all financial transactions.
